With over 12 years as Chief Financial Officer at Hydra Offshore Construction, Collette brings expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and real estate to empower organizational growth and efficiency. Partnering with cross-functional teams, she contributes to strategic decision-making that aligns with the company’s objectives, ensuring fiscal stability and operational excellence.
