Hydra Offshore & Subsea Construction appoints Durkin Ledgard as executive vice president. In his role, Ledgard will be involved in all aspects of the company. His main focus will include maximizing efficiency and increasing profitability. Ledgard holds experience as master of numerous U.S. flag vessels and previously served as general counsel for a publicly traded oil and gas company. Most recently, Ledgard ran his own marine-focused private law firm until becoming executive vice president of Hydra. Ledgard said he hopes to help the company grow and uphold the Hydra name.
