Company Purchases Three New Vessels
Hydra Offshore & Subsea Construction experienced a record-setting year of growth, growing their fleet of vessels, expanding into international markets and increasing their workforce by 200%. The company predicts the same growth in 2020.
For Hydra, 2019 saw the purchase of major assets like their new vessels, Subsea Responder II, Subsea Responder III and Chickasaw, and the D-Mag Crane.
Hydra is focused on high-quality construction vessels and their goal is to continue to grow the fleet. Their vessels are all dynamically positioned — a feature not offered by all offshore and subsea construction companies.
The company’s workforce has also expanded with the hiring of new project managers, attorneys, port engineers, and technology specialists. Most recently, Hydra appointed a new executive vice president whose mission is to grow the company.
